The source of the contact data would be you, via or contact form or by emailing/writing to the company. Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using the website contact forms.

We will process sensitive data for example information about someone when disclosed by them. We do not ask for sensitive data from those using our services. As we work with mental health and illness this information may be disclosed but this will only be known by those with access to the companies google drive or kept on our safeguarding email account that only the designated safeguarding lead has access to.
We will collect the information for several reasons as mentioned below.
A contract with the individual: for example, to supply goods or services they have requested, or to fulfil an obligation under an employee contract.
When an individual is working for us or attending an event and have disclosed this information to us.
Consent: when the data subject agrees to the processing when presented with a clear explanation of the personal data that will be collected and what it will be used for.
When completing a survey online, providing feedback about an event or production they have been involved with.
Vital interests: for example, when processing data will protect someone’s physical integrity or life (either the data subject’s or someone else’s).
For reporting safeguarding concerns.
Legitimate interests: when a private-sector organisation has a genuine and legitimate reason (including commercial benefit) to process personal data without consent, provided it is not outweighed by negative effects to the individual’s rights and freedoms.
When this information is disclosed to us and we are providing a service to the individual. We do not ask for the information but it may be implied or directly disclosed in relation to the theme of the workshop, production or event.
This could be in the case of a mental health workshop, safeguarding concern or to receive feedback from audiences and participants via surveys. The data will be used to provide accessibility needs for those that need it, to report safeguarding risks to our designated safeguarding lead when a concern occurs, to run workshops for those with specific health issues and to get feedback from people who have attended events directly related to the sensitive data they have disclosed.

5. Providing your personal data to others
5.1 We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers or those contracted to work for the company insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice and running the company effectively.
5.2 Your personal data held in on our company google drive which is only accessible by company directors of Concept Theatre and those given special permission as part of their contracted role on a project. It is password protected. Those with the password are contracted to follow our GDPR policies. It’s also stored on our website is maintained by Wix. They provide us with our website so we can advertise our productions, provide ticket links and raise the profile of our theatre company and it’s activities. Your data is stored using Wix.com’s data storage, databases and Wix.com applications. Wix will store your data on secure servers that are also behind a firewall. 5.3 As a contractor your personal details may be shared with venues we are performing at, insurance companies, on social media, with theatre festival/fringe shows, on press releases, in programs, in casting announcements and other marketing activities or activities related to the running of a production.
